	2011 Annual Report The annual report provides an overview of Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission's performance results and financial highlights for 2011.
	2011-2013 WHSCC Strategic Plan The Commission’s strategic issues were identified in consideration of government’s strategic direction, the Commission’s mandate and available resources. The strategic issues for the current planning cycle are client service, claims management delivery, prevention and financial sustainability. These strategic issues along with the associated goals, objectives, measures and indicators for 2011 – 2013 are outlined and discussed individually.
	2012 Injured Worker Survey and Report This report presents the results from the 2012 Injured Workers Survey, conducted by Corporate Research Associates Inc. on behalf of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission of Newfoundland and Labrador.
	2012 Employer Survey and Report This report presents the results from the 2012 Employer Survey, conducted by Corporate Research Associates Inc. on behalf of the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Commission of Newfoundland and Labrador.
	2012 Early and Safe Return-to-Work Survey and Report This report presents the findings from the surveys of injured workers and employers who have participated in the Early and Safe Return to Work Program. The overall objective of this survey was to assess satisfaction with the Early and Safe Return-to-Work (ESRTW) program.
	A Strategy for the Prevention of Known Occupational Diseases *Newfoundland and Labrador - 2011-2013* This strategy provides a framework for raising awareness about known occupational diseases in Newfoundland and Labrador.
	A Strategic Plan for Young Workers The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission's (the Commission) vision is one of safe and healthy workplaces within a viable and sustainable insurance system. The Commission strives to reduce the impact of workplace injuries by providing the highest level of service to workers and employers.
