For 2012, a new online service is available for accounting and bookkeeping companies for submitting Annual Employer Statements for their clients. From a single login, they will be able to:

• Manage their clients’ statements through a work queue.
• Submit statements in a safe and secure way.
• Multi-task between clients’ payroll, contractor and OH&S statements.
• Ensure fair and accurate assessments for their clients.
• Ensure their clients are considered for PRIME refunds.

To access this service you will fall into one of three categories

• Accounting or bookkeeping company already using connect web services - you are ready to go. This service will be activated for you in mid January.
• Accounting or bookeeping company who is a registered employer but not signed up for connect - complete a WHSCC application for employers.
• Sole proprietor or partnership not required to register as an employer - complete a WHSCC connect application for external accountants and bookkeepers.
