Order Form for Training Materials must be submitted two weeks prior to training
As a training provider of occupational health and safety (OH&S) certification training* it is your responsibility to complete (in FULL) and submit the Order Form for Training Materials, a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of your training. This will ensure your order is processed and available in time for your training session.

We cannot ensure your training materials will be available for your certification training session if the order form is submitted after the deadline.
