The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (WHSCC) operates under the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador's Public Tender Act & Regulations. All public tenders are advertised by the WHSCC electronically through this web site.

All tenders must be received in an opaque, sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender name and number to:

• Onus is on potential bidder to check the website for addendums. 
• Successful bidders will be listed on the website following award.
• The lowest or any submission is not necessarily accepted. 
• Closing time of website advertised tenders will be Newfoundland Time.
• Specifications will be available online the next business day following the advertisement appearing in print.
