The Commission provides short-and long-term disability benefits to injured workers or survivor benefits if a worker dies as a result of an injury. Our first priority is to ensure an injured worker receives the care and assistance they need to regain their health and return to work. There are four critical people involved in an injured worker’s recovery and return to work: the worker, the employer, the health care provider(s) and the case manager. We aim to facilitate communication between these four parties in the most efficient and effective way possible.
